Sleep soundly in one of the most luxurious, beautiful and private licensed vacation rentals in the small town of Cayucos. Ocean View Suite is located in the desired downtown location with one of a kind accommodations. Ocean View Suite is an upstairs suite, with a cal king bed, pull out queen bed, and a private parking space.

This suite comes with access to the game room, 4 hole mini golf, bikes, beach toys including boogie boards and a fun surrey (4 seater bike) to view the town. (Please note sometimes maintenance is needed on our amenities and we try our very best to make sure all is available for your use. The game room and outdoor toys are shared accommodations with the other 2 vacation rentals on the property.)

Features: Cal king Bed, Pull out queen size sofa bed, Flat screen smart TV, Cable, and reliable wifi. Cooking amenities are provided and adequate for longer stays. Your pets are welcome with an additional $65 fee per pet per stay.

Please note: Lunada Garden Bistro restaurant is below this unit. We have never had any complains about noise and hope to keep this the same! The restaurant owners are very respectful of noise levels and want your stay to be comfortable. Most guest mention that it is very convenient to be in such close proximity to the Bistro and Coffee Bar. If you're looking for a special treat please arrange with the restaurant for in-suite dining experience for any special occasion. Some weekend events or music will be in the garden, Ocean View Suite was designed with extra noise protection. One of our other vacation rentals called Garden Suite is next door to Ocean View Suite and both suites share an entry hallway.

We lives 5 minutes away and here to help with anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We want to be sure you have the best stay possible. We as owners and landlords are on the property premises daily for upkeep, maintenance and gardening. Please note sometimes maintenance is needed on our amenities and we try our very best to make sure all features are available for your use.
